Core Values

No one wants to go to work and not enjoy the people there. We offer a culture of positivity, with a balance of accountability. Any challenges an individual faces, they have a team ready and willing to support them through it. Going to work with friends isn't mandatory, but recommended. 

Maintaining a student mentality is paramount for our ever changing business. We must always be willing to change and adapt to our circumstance.  Asking questions is encouraged and expected in our company. This provides an opportunity for the student to learn, as well as for the teacher to build skill in teaching. 

Personal development is not a suggestion, but a requirement.  Books, podcasts, or YouTube are an excellent source of mental development. We not only take care of our mind, but our body. Fitness and restful sleep are an important facet of our results day to day.

Integrity is a sense of wholeness within ourselves, and within our culture. Alignment of our core values, our expectations to our customer, and the value that we provide to others is a non-negotiable. If our actions don't benefit others, they don't benefit us. 

High energy, positivity, solution oriented thinking, general optimism, and gratuity can change our lives and the lives of those around us. Belief in the self creates momentum and leads to action. Action leads to belief in the self. Dwelling on negatives will never serve us, or our goals.
