Elijah Brzezinski is the leader 1516 Development Group, serving as our CEO. His journey began in an entry-level position in 2020 in Milwaukee.  Elijah is at the helm of all operations, steering our company toward the realization of each team member's mission.

Bridget holds a degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Bridget plays a crucial role in our company's growth by managing the entire recruitment process. This includes identifying top candidates, coordinating interviews, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Outside of work, Bridget is an avid traveler, and her next destination is Greece. Her commitment to excellence and dedication to building a strong team make her a valued member of our company.
